Teachers with a general teaching degree teach students who have been diagnosed with Dyslexia every day.  But it is teachers who have taken the time to learn about unique teaching styles and learning methods for Dyslexia students that are making a dramatic difference in the lives of Dyslexia students both in governmental and private schools.

A Dyslexia specialist is someone who works with children who are diagnosed with Dyslexia, which can include a range of behaviors and challenges.  Dyslexia specialists who obtain an advanced Dyslexia certification learn the specific skills necessary to work with these children and help them meet their goals.
